A Michigan native, Jodi Burnstein has been here in Florida for almost 20 years. She is a color specialist with extensive experience in all things hair. She’s always loved people and hair has inspired her creativity and determination. She loves that she can change a person's mood, outlook, or day just by their time together. Jodi has worked in some of the top salons in the industry and holds certificates with Tony & Guy, Platinum Seamless, and other methods.

She believes in education to stay current and inspired within the industry. She created Rové because she always wanted a space where stylists could enjoy the perks of managing and growing their own business while remaining unified by a single vision: to stay creative, excited, and educated so they can continue to create beauty.

Originally from Colombia, Gabby was raised in Boynton Beach FL. She attended cosmetology school at 17 years old and feels so blessed to have found her passion at such a young age. Since graduating, she’s had the opportunity to learn from master colorists and stylists and has certifications from Vidal Sassoon cutting, Bellami extensions, and Platinum Seamless extensions. She’s skilled in hand-tied wefts, tape ins, and k-tips, and specializes in color corrections, balayage, foilyage, dark hair color, cutting, and styling. She absolutely loves what she does!

Gabby customizes color to what works best for your lifestyle, skin color, and structure and is always seeking to learn new techniques and stay on top of the latest trends. She’s passionate about hair and the beauty industry and considers herself very fortunate to be a part of Rové and work alongside amazing artists. She loves traveling, good food, health, spending time with her family, and helping others.

Originally from New Mexico, Valentino moved to South Florida in 2015. Since graduating from Robert Fiance Beauty School in 2019, he’s had the honor to work under some of the best cutters / colorists in South Florida. He is passionate about the beauty industry as a whole, and has been trained in cutting, color, and platinum seamless extensions. One of the most important things to Valentino is continuing education, as he values knowledge alongside beauty and creativity.

Allison specializes in platinum blonding as well as lived-in dimensional blondes. She was even awarded an International Award for Top 100 Platinum Artists in the world in 2021! Also a color correction specialist, Allison exudes patience and creativity behind the chair. She is sought after in New York & Los Angeles, but calls South Florida home and continues to build a clientele that is as allergic to yellow hair as she is! Clients can depend on her to educate through the process and teach “at home” hair care. Her ability to achieve "inspiration picture” results in a day is like no other.

Joannah has been providing professional beauty concierge services in South Florida for over 12 years, but her adoration of makeup and skincare started way back. She was born with a penchant for making things pretty and a particular fascination with faces. She would draw them over and over and color each differently. If you could find one of Joannah’s childhood dolls, you'd see that whatever face she originally came with had been revised and "improved" upon. Crayons, markers, paint, her mother's makeup (which she pillaged and plundered daily) were her mediums. Anything with a face, both human and inanimate, became her muse.

Joannah was contouring before contouring was cool! She has a beautiful love affair with makeup that will never cease. Combining a life-long passion with an obsession for connecting with clients makes her feel as though she is never working. She’s simply doing what she loves and what she was put here to do: to help every woman feel like the most beautiful version of themselves, both inside and out.

Originally from Tacoma, WA, hair has been a passion of Miranda's from a very young age. From cutting and coloring her barbie's hair followed by her own, she eventually found herself styling her friends and family before moving to South Florida to formally pursue her dreams. She graduated from Robert Fiance Beauty School in December 2020 and is now a licensed cosmetologist. Never satisfied with mediocrity, she knew Rove was the right salon to kick off her career. She is always looking to further her education in order to service each client better than she could the day before.

Miranda is eager to get to know each client, share her product knowledge to ensure the longevity of their hair and services, and give them the one of a kind Rove Experience as she steps into the industry.

Miranda's certifications include Barbicide/COVID-19 Barbicide and Milady Health & Safety, as well as Beaded, Tape-in, Hot Keratin, and Micro Fusion Hair Extensions.

A Wisconsin native, Lauren Culligan has always had ties to South Florida. She relocated to Delray in 2013 after serving in the U.S. Air Force. She specializes in cutting and style and has experience with all hair types. Her passion comes from her ability to assist her clients in embracing their natural texture instead of fighting it. She loves getting to know each client and their individual needs while providing a luxury salon experience. Lauren has worked with many top artists in the industry from Miami to New York. She is also experienced in providing keratin treatments as well as extensions. She maintains her passion through education and is always up on the new trends. In addition to styling hair at Rové Salon, she is currently pursuing her undergraduate degree in Mathematics at Florida Atlantic University.

Denise’s passion for the art of hair started when she was eighteen years old. This created a path that lead her to many achievements in this industry. By the time she was twenty, she traveled with Sebastian International to Italy, Paris, Canada, Texas and California; as well as studying with Trevor Sorbie Institute of London. This gave her the opportunity to take what she had learned and teach new techniques as an artistic director. Denise is a Dimensional Blonding specialist who also enjoy the art of a great precision cut. She loves to create the perfect vision to fit your lifestyle, as well as making you feel your best inside and out. She believes hair keeps her and others rooted in happiness.

After decades of professional hair styling in New York City, moving to Florida is the perfect opportunity and journey for Denise to explore new relationships with clients, be close to her family and expand her craft. She can’t wait to meet new faces, create new relationships and start this next chapter of her life. Denise is looking forward to meeting you.

Alissa has been a hair and makeup artist in South Florida for eight years, but, she has always had a passion for beauty. She is now operating in the Palm Beach area and servicing all of South Florida. Alissa graduated from the Aveda Institute in South Florida; and continued her education, Specializing in balayage and customized coloring techniques under Aveda, Redken, and Davine's wheelhouses. Currently, she uses Alfaparf Milano color, which is a vegan cruelty-free color line that offers amazing quality results that defy damage. She excels in creating a complete look for her clients with fabulous color and customized cuts focused on unique textures and lifestyles. She specializes in tape-in and hidden beaded weft hair extensions, working with the best brands and training in the business. For many years she has worked in the wedding industry, perfecting the perfect bridal beauty. Many have come to know Alissa, and it is an absolute joy to spend her salon time making all her clients feel beautiful and have a puppy to cuddle all the while! Living a happy, passionate, and balanced lifestyle is very important to her, and she incorporates this into her approach to hair and her personal life.

Hailing from the Chicago North Shore area, Stacy has always had a passion for the beauty industry. She started in fashion and then quickly realized that the salon industry is where she belonged. She’s been doing hair now for 17 years and her passion hasn’t fizzled a bit. Stacy specializes in all types of color, but loves highlighting, balayage, and rich brunettes the most. She is a certified Donna Bella extension pro. She focuses on keratin bond extensions and tape in extensions. She also specializes in all types of long layered haircuts. Stacy loves continuing her education keeping up with all of the latest trends and styles.

It’s important to Stacy to form lasting relationships with each and every one of her clients and to focus on the health and longevity of their hair.

Certifications include Donna Bella tape in and fusion extensions and Barbicide/Covid 19 certification.

Dana is an award winning hairstylist from New York. She has been in the industry for over 15 years and specializes in coloring and trend haircutting as well as men’s barbering. Her expertise has landed her in multiple industry leading publications and on set of major editorial photo shoots. She continues to work in commercial and fashion events such as NY Fashion Week and Miami Swim Week. Dana shares her passion and knowledge through education, frequently traveling North America as a featured artist teaching the latest trends and techniques in haircutting and color design. In the last decade, Dana has been named Top 30 under 30 by Colorist Magazine, nominated several times for the North American Hairstyling Awards in Styling and Men’s hairstylist of the Year, as well as consecutively won Behind The Chair’s One Shot Award for Men’s Collection twice. After relocating to Delray Beach in 2020, Dana is excited bring her fashion forward inspirations and creativity to behind the chair creating customized looks for her clientele.

Originally from San Diego, CA, LorAnna has recently moved to South Florida. A licensed stylist since 2009, LorAnna’s passion for hair shines through in everything she does. She specialized in blondes, blended natural color, men’s cutting, and extensions while continually investing herself in the industry to grow her knowledge. LorAnna is a representative for Halocoutyre and a certified master stylist for Bellami extensions. Taking an open and honest approach to ensure your next look is perfect, LorAnna wants you to have the best for YOU.
